Jonathan like other presidents mean well.
He many times released money to (1) Head of Service for pensions but each time defrauded.
(2) roads (3) Health (4) Education (5) Poverty aleviation (6) Job creation etc but like other presidents, when on seat, is hooded by the CIVIL SERVICE. So he can only see, hear what THEY choose for him.
The wrong (1) Civil Service system (2) Naive National Assembly are 2 common problems for all on this HOT SEAT.
