Anambra is an APGA state and so I'm not surprised that Obiano would become the winner. It was not a perfect election but considering the number of local govt areas which APGA won, I don't think APC or PDP would have come close to winning

INEC did not do it well as there were a lot of lapses from incomplete voter's list to absent ro late INEC officials. if they can hardly perform a state election, I wonder how they will be able to organize a national election.
